The room stinks
GBGBThis was an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience. Our apartment booking was cancelled at a very late stage, leaving me and my children stranded and distressed. Cancelling so close to the check-in time is unacceptable, especially when families are involved. There was no consideration for the inconvenience caused, and no adequate support or alternatives were offered. Finding last-minute accommodation with children is stressful, costly, and emotionally draining. I would strongly advise others—especially families—to be cautious when booking here. Reliability and customer care were clearly lacking in our case.
I didn’t like that the apartment was cancelled at the very last minute, leaving me and my children distressed and frustrated. The lack of consideration, poor communication, and absence of support or alternatives made the situation extremely stressful. Being left without accommodation with children is unacceptable and showed a complete lack of empathy and responsibility.

Every thing as we didn’t even get the property in the pictures or that’s being advertised. The host where not helpful at all we made complaints and they never even came to see didn’t want to pick up our call but could just txt us and still they didn’t do anything we told them that was wrong on top of that this place have no windows or a fun or even air conditioning, they kept using different numbers to communicate it was all just unreal

Beware many people in that building are smoking marijuana and there isn't even a window to open in rooms, I was literally suffocating after 7 hours of being there. Then I ran. Being on the street would be better given it wasn't that cold at night.

It was next to impossible to get in contact with the person renting out the apartment Couldn't get into the room Due to a glitch in the system on their end the room was cancelled without notifying me not only has this been a major inconvenience but now they're refusing to refund me back my money so in my eyes and in the eyes of the law they have stolen my money under false advertisements
