Beds were uncomfortable - far too soft There was no key when we arrived Hot water wasn’t working but that did get resolved Did not supply required bedding as requested

The staff were very responsive — they answered quickly and even delivered an iron on a weekend, which was amazing! Part of the house was private and quiet, perfect for relaxing. It was a bit dark since the windows were on the ground floor and next to a fence, and the floors could have been cleaner, but overall everything was great — comfortable and pleasant stay.

Bedrooms could do with a mirror. It would be good to have hooks on the back of bathroom doors.
