Very clean and great space, good location

Wow! What a lovely place, clean, modern and very comfortable. Had a slight issue with the wardrobe when we arrived and Hamid corrected this within "minutes ". It's very close to the park & ride and all the retail parks. Will definitely be staying again. Just an update! We left our mobile at the property and we were contacted straight away, what professionals I cannot fault this place. 10 stars if we could.

Superb location and spotlessly clean

Location for Blenheim Palace was 10mins drive Modern and clean Allocated parking

Lovely clean, modern apartment. Well located with Oxford a short distance away with easy efficient public buses. Apartment had all the facilities required for a lovely weekend away. There was even tea, coffee and milk provided. On site parking as well.

Only a small issue whereby the oven tray had not been cleaned following the previous occupants.

New and spacious apartment. Enough room for a family of 5 with 2 bathrooms. Large kitchen and living room. Convenient parking in front. Walking distance to some pubs, supermarket and the bus stop (direct bus line 35 minutes) into Oxford City center.

the apartment is very nice, clean and a generous size.

the boiler had a problem in the morning so there was no hot water in the morning to have a shower. I called and sent messages to the 'emergency' contact number just before 8 am - there was no response. 40 mins later just as we were about to check out I get a message on the booking.com app with a video instruction of how to fix the boiler. we had already packed and were ready to go as we had to leave shortly so this wasn't exactly helpful. we had an event to go to and was awful not to have the ability to shower in the morning. would have been a good stay if only the operations manager had responded in time. also - very hard to find Uber in the region, we had to ring the local mini-cab company to go in to Oxford - they don't always have cars available, so unless you're driving, plan ahead.
