"It's okay for a short stay but not for a longer stay."

I appreciate that the location is in a commercial area and the ground staff are very kind and considerate. The amenities inside the unit are also good.

However, communication with the unit admin/owner has been slow when addressing our concerns, particularly for longer stays. It's important that they understand the need for kitchen and laundry access, as well as pool access, without additional charges. I believe this should be taken into account or clearly stated in the booking descriptions.
