AMAZING REFORMA APARTMENT, 2 brms 2 bath, AWESOME

The apartment is near the Revolution monument and close to the historic tourist bus route.

The swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna had been out of service for weeks and were going to be out of service for a further few months. I would not have booked this accommodation had this information been indicated/advised so that I could cancel my booking well in advance to find another. There was lots of traffic Noise throughout the day and night. There is no proper air conditioning, just a cooler and fan. Both the living room and one of the bedrooms did not have blackout blinds so the sun throughout the day made the rooms very hot and the cooler and fan just circulated hot air. The maturases on the single beds were hard. The fridge leaked and there was no plug in the kitchen sink, both advised but not resolved during our stay. We found bottle caps down the side of the sofa, so this wasn't good at all.

Location, facilities and view

The host got a bit confused with my reservation and thought my reservation was for 2 people instead of 4. So it took some days for the booking team to clarify them before my arrival.

No es un lugar para descansar pues las ventanas dejan pasar todo el ruido de la calle (que es mucho por ser una avenida muy concurrida y con fiesta hasta tarde) le falta mantenimiento a varias cosas (vidrio roto) puertas con la melamina levantada) etc Y tiene cortinas demasiado delgadas que dejan pasar la luz desde temprano.

La vista y ubicación

The property is conveniently situated in a great location, and the parking facilities were exceptional. The building itself is not only very nice but also quite secure. The owner took the time to explain everything in great detail, and I really appreciated how responsive and willing to help she was. If I ever have the chance to revisit Mexico City, I would definitely consider staying at this property again.

We had some silverware but could use a few more pieces for five people. It would be great to have extra bowls for preparing food, especially because we are following a special diet plan. It was a bit challenging to prepare meals with the limited bowls available. Also, we could use new pillows, and we noticed that we didn't have sheets or extra pillows for the sofa bed. Thank you!

Location

We travelled to Mexico for Mother’s Day to visit my wife’s mother. To my surprise the place did not allow visitors in the room. The situation defeated the purpose of the trip. Mexico City was extremely hot and the place did not have air conditioning. When I inquired about the situation there were very inflexible. When I talked to the staff at the apartment complex they mentioned that there were other apartments in the building that I could rent without those restrictions and with air conditioning. The situation was very uncomfortable and we left immediately to a better location in the Zona Rosa. With no such restrictions.
