3 Bedroom family home Newport, Located next to M4

The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. We didn't have a problem parking but the street can be a bit full in the evening. The house is very spacious and has a lovely patio with comfy garden chairs. The sofa is really cozy for when you are winding down whilst watching telly. The rooms are good size, the beds are really comfortable to sleep in. Kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking. Our host was very accommodating and responds quickly which we really appreciated.

Overall waa ok

Peaceful , residential location. Very strong WiFi signals. Comfy sofa and beds. Check in instructions were clear . Spacious place for upto 5 people. All the facilities are provided that you need for your stay. Lovely garden at the back to sit back and relax ,we didn't use it because weather wasn't favourable.

Kitchen cupboards and oven was filthy . Kettle had so much limescale I ended up boiling water in a pan for tea. Bins were overflowing ,rubbish was everywhere on side entrance ! Because of on street parking couldn't find parking on a few occasions, only space available was on the pavement. I had to buy new sponge and washing up liquid in emergency to wash the plates because the only sponge that was there had some food stuck on it ! No washing up liquid was there . Little bit looking after can make this property exceptional because it is a lovely place.

Location and spaciousness

No lock on the toilet or bathroom door, no plug in the bathroom sink and was a bit shocked that there was a person walking up the side of the property in the morning whilst we were there having our breakfast!

Location was great for what we needed

Rather surprised to find other people's belongings in the cupboards. Property needed a good clean

The house was fresh, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were all a good size. Good to have a little outside area.

There were no bins upstairs! Bedside lamp would have been useful. Apart from those minor niggles it was a perfect base for a trip to see Bruce Springsteen.
