"A pleasant surprise and good value for money"

The owner is very responsive- the space is nice and offers all you need for a comfortable stay. The nearby bus routes are very easy to find and for less than $5 you are in central NY along a scenic bus route of the Manhattan skyline line. The neighborhood is safe.

The room is very good value for money. It could do with a bit more natural light upstairs but I can see why the owners designed it this way. Also I would prefer seeing some pictures of the place on booking.com

The air conditioner in the upstairs room is very noisy. Lot of instructions to follow during check in till check out.

An amazing space. Very well laid out, with excellent facilities. Ideal location with plenty of places to eat or to get bits nearby. The hosts couldn’t be any more helpful. They were fantastic.

"It was nice and convenient!"

It was clean and comfortable. Also, it was easy to get to New York since it was close to the Ferry Terminal, and it’s a few blocks away the bus stop. The host was very nice and responsive.

The stairs to get to the bedroom are a bit challenging but it didn’t impact my comfort.

"Great price for a private and convenient stay."

The location and price are hard to beat! The inexpensive bus line very close by brings you into the city in under 45 minutes and it was far more comfortable and cheaper than many alternatives in the area.

I thought the sofa bed was a pullout couch but it turned out to be a futon which wasn't as comfortable. Everything else was just great.
