Underground parking was tight to get in and out of.
NZLoved the tidy, clean, simple and stylish set up. With fab views. Appreciate the bubbles and chocolate, what a nice treat to top off a great stay. Great communication with hosts.

USWe came to the Mount for cricket, and this apartment was less than 1 K from the Oval. Could not have been a better location. The apartment was great! Plenty of room to spread out. Very comfortable sofa and chair upon which to sit. There was a washer and dryer in the unit which makes any beach vacation more enjoyable. I contacted the owner with any questions or issues and got a response almost immediately. They left manuals for the appliances which was helpful for questions. There were assigned parking permits in the garage below the building. This is not in the middle of the shopping/restaurant part of Mount Maunganui but it is not advertised as such - it is, however, easily walkable. Definitely worth checking out.
Parking would be tight if you have a large car, van or truck.

NZDecor and space with good layout of rooms and terrace. Treats left in frig were appreciated
Problems with turning on TV …. the most stressful time we have ever experienced in our many travels over a lifetime. Host very helpful when we rang him but had to follow a complicated procedure each time we used it. Despite finally getting the local channels, over a period of time station reverted to CNN out of the blue!!!
GBGood location, excellent facilities and lovely ‘nibbles’ left in the fridge for us. Clear instructions on access.
Bedside light on both sides would be good as we are both readers and clearer instructions on tv channels- though maybe it was just us!
