1. Customer service was bad,asking me bank in deposit,after bank in,they are not contactable until next day 2pm. 3pm suppose can check in but house not available until 4.15pm. 2. Toilet tiles is dirty,a lot of orange stain. The glass in toilet was dirty and the shampoo container dirty and pump not working, feedback to customer service but not been addressed. 3. Not a legal homestay

1. The apartment was disgusting and Host was very unwelcoming. There was no essentials kept (like handwash, dishwash liquid, detergent) as mentioned in the facilities. 2. We stayed for 30days in which cleaner was sent only once and that too after requesting continuously. 3. ⁠There were webs, ants, small cockroaches all over the apartment and when we complained, host said that it can’t be helped. (Attached photo) 4. ⁠Apartment is in a bad condition and don’t match at all with the photos posted by host here. 5. ⁠The washing area was all cluttered. (Attached photo) 6. ⁠2 double bed Mattresses were there and both were broken which was very uncomfortable to sleep. 7. It was 3BHK where only 3 plates were given, out of which 1 was cracked. (Attached photo) 8. Unnecessary clutter was there behind the refrigerator and it was all dirty. (Attached photo) 9. ⁠Switches were also in quite bad condition. (Attached photo) 10. Washroom doors were all cracked and rusted. (Attached photo) 11. ⁠No extra bedsheet was given and the one which was there was tore. (Attached photo). How can a person use same bedsheet for 30days ? 12. Washroom window handle and lock was broke (Attached photo) I have more photos but unfortunately allowed to upload only 4 !

Comfortable stay

Check in process a bit complicated, have to contact management and take 15 minutes delay upon arrival. Get in and out apartment through security need to register every time you enter that area. It was not convenient. Need an improvement.

Concept of house and cleanliness.

Well located apartment close to everything that Semenyih and Eco-Majestic have to offer. The quality of the furnishings and sheets is high and the apartment is clean. The wifi also has a good speed and works well and having a washing machine and drying space is a bonus about this apartment. This was my second stay when needing to be in and around Semenyih. The security deposit was also returned quickly and without any problem and the owner's agents were easily available by Whats App as needed.

The beds are a little soft and space in the kitchen is a little limited, though the kitchen itself is well equipped (hob, microwave, cutlery and utensils).
