Good security, easy access, professional reception staff. Map provided of the estate which helped.

The property could do with a bit of a refurb, it's a bit old with some things needing repair or replacement due to wear and tear. A few kitchen utensils could do with replacing and upgrading but nothing was a major issue.

Unit clean and well positioned in the complex. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen Value for money Housekeeping was awesome and friendly

Shower screen needs improvement. Water splashes on floor n gets very wet.and slippery. Bedroom window hinge needs replacement. Lounge lites flicker wen on.

Main bedroom bed was comfy

The aircon in the lounge wasn't working. There was no fan in the 2nd bedroom. My kids slept in the lounge just to be a little cooler. The overall lack of maintenance and upkeep at the resort was clearly visible. This was not my 1st visit. So, to see how the resort has deteriorated was rather disappointing 😞
