Luxury Catalan Bay Beach House - Sea + Rock Views

Tisch und Stühle: zu viert ist es sehr eng zum Essen. Kalter Marmorsteinboden= kalte Füsse😉

A nicely decorated and super clean property in Catalan Bay with all necessary amenities. I was biased against the stone stairs with a glass railing as a risk factor for my Mom, but in reality they turned to be both sturdy and comfortable. Good-sized main bathroom with a shower, no disruptions of water suppy. A terrase was essential for drying towels and swimming suits. It's a self-catering property so the only "challenge" was to get the fridge stuffed with food for breakfasts and other meals. Many thanks to Katie and Natalie who recommended to visit the Eroski supermarket at the airport right upon arrial - we actually had to restuff a bit just one more time. Beach chairs and a small shade (it's enough just for one person) are hugely appreciated - the sun is very active to spend a day on the beach without them.

The sofa bed was expectedly less comfortable than the double bed upstairs, though long enough for my 6 feet hence I had a good night rest. This is not to fault the accomodation but the location right on the beach - making sure to keep sand out of the house and off the veranda was one of our daily chores. But having a broom made it quick and easy. The ground-floor sitting room and kitchen can be looked into by people passing by, but we actually lost shame quite fast and ignored :) So, we actually liked absolutely everything ))

Very modern, very clean, beautiful location, waking up with a view of the sea every morning. Bus stop a few minutes walk away with a regular bus into town.

It’s a nice, freshly refurbished apartment with all the basic things needed (including washing machine). It’s located on the quite side of Gibraltar with nice bay view. Would be perfect place to stay during summer. The communication with hostes were pleasant

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the owners are very welcoming. The view from the terrace is fantastic and falling asleep and waking to the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The view from the mezzanine is something special. The Seawave Restaurant just a few steps away is outstanding. Was concerned about noise but never had an issue, all you can hear are the waves coming ashore. The food is the best in Gibraltar and we can say this confidently as we've visited Gibraltar many times and tried many restaurants. There is a supermarket in Ocean Village called The Food Co which has everything you'll need and is closer than Morrisons. This will be our go to property when we visit in future.

Lots of building going on and hope that doesn't spoil this gorgeous property.
