Cozy 2 BR 2 Bathroom Apartment in the city centre

The owner's flexibility for allowing us to enter the apartment at noon instead of 15:00 The location: it is around the corner from the opera house, less than 4 minutes to a Lidl supermarket and a couple of subway stations. The master bedroom is very large. The apartment has a tankless water heater, which means endless hot water.

It seems that the apartment had better times. The flat screen TV looks more like a 24 inch computer monitor attached to the wall by a massive piece of hardware which makes me think that in the past, there was a very large TV. The electrical outlet on the left side of the nightstand in the master bedroom does not work. The outlet in the right side is partially detached from the wall. There is an outlet in one of the bathrooms that is stuffed with toilet paper (?!). This bathroom shower has two glass doors but with no door bottom sealer, so no matter how much you try to avoid water running down the glass doors, the floor outside of the shower ends up collecting a lot of water. In that same bathroom, the toilet seat lid is loose and every time you sit or stand up, the entire lid detaches from the toilet. The second bathroom has a nice glass wall, but the front has no curtain to prevent water from spilling on the floor out of the shower. Furthermore, the switch that allows you to select the water going to the rain shower or the hand held does not work. It is stuck on the hand held shower. There is no air conditioning and no fan to help with the heat. The bedroom windows are at street level, so if you keep them open to get the cool night air, people walking can see inside and of course you hear every conversation from them. Not to mention the cars passing through the street. There are only four knives in the drawer, all more suitable to spreading butter or nutella. Good luck trying to cut a loaf of bread or salami. In most of the VRBOs that we went, there was at least a bottle of water in the refrigerator and paper napkins. Some places even have coffee makers with a variety of pod flavors. Here, there was none..

Location was fabulous. Around the corner for groceries, eateries and transport.

Very hot with no air con or fans. Maintenance could be better.

Es un departamento para cuatro pero sólo tiene una cama doble, el resto es una colchoneta sobre una tabla donde mal pueden dormir 2 personas. Persianas q no cierran, tablas de Inodoro rotas. Un departamento con potencial si lo arreglaran un poco

The cheapest 2 € pillow from ikea shouldn’t be in any accommodation in the civilized world. That’s an example. Cheapest everything from pillow to furniture to floor everything so cheap and prone to fast degradation (visible) Bad: photos looks amazing while reality is terrible Good: it’s a perfect getaway place for students but only if it’s around 50-60 € per night max

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacja metra i Lidl oraz dużo restauracji. Łatwy check-in. Dwie łazienki to spory plus.

Mieszkanie było dość brudne. Sporo kurzu, przy materacu w sypialni były włosy, a na podłodze pod prysznicem dużo brudu. Przez kurz mieliśmy alergię i musieliśmy sami posprzątać. Łóżko w jednej sypialni jest na wysokości około 150cm i nie ma jakiejkolwiek barierki, więc strach tam spać. Do tego bardzo trzeszczy i się ugina, więc zdecydowaliśmy o spaniu na rozkładanej kanapie w salonie. W tej samej sypialni była rozwieszona wyprana pościel po poprzednich gościach - pościel była zwinięta, a okno było zamknięte, przez co pościel nie schła, a w pokoju śmierdziało stęchlizną. Szafa w pokoju nie miała półek i wisiał tylko jeden wieszak. W kuchni brakowało przyborów, np. szpatułek do patelni. Ekspres do kawy przeciekał, więc go nie używaliśmy. Drewniane drzwi od zabudowy lodówki nie trzymają się lodówki. Pralkę ciężko było włączyć (udało się po wielu próbach). W jednej łazience nie było zamontowane gniazdko. Klapa w jednej toalecie była luźna, a w drugiej była za mała. Szkoda, bo mogłoby być w tym mieszkaniu naprawdę przyjemnie, gdyby właściciele naprawili kilka rzeczy i zadbali o czystość.

Great location

We were not given enough towels, and we were not given an iron. Many fixtures were broken in both bathrooms. We had a hanger full of wet laundry in one of the bedrooms wich WE had to take out because it was smelly and made the room humid.We had no fans despite of the heat and the owners weren't cooperating.They weren't answering our texts in the booking platform and we got an iron eventually after 3 days of asking.

The apartment was very clean, looks like in the pictures, very friendly host. We had a pleasant stay.

Location & central heat

Photos do not show the real apartment. The rooms are tiny, the beds not comfortable. The apartment was suggested from booking for 4 adult and 1 child, whereas was fit for max 1 couple&child. Bathroom shower in one of the two bathrooms not working. Towles left from the cleaning lady drying all around the vents inside the apartment.
