"Good villa design, but can be a bit noisy, the equipment are not good and the staff is useless and terrible."

The pool terrace

The staff was unresponsive and inflexible. Very arrogant by asking everyday money for a bill we never received. Making appointments with us to collect money and without letting you know that they cannot attend the appointment. The hair dryer was a toy and only 1 for 4 rooms. The aircon of 1 room was not working at all and spent 3 days to repair. Impossible to know when the cleaning service will come.

"Fijn verblijf in een heel druk stadje"

Fijn verblijf met voor iedere kamer een eigen badkamer. Alle (slaap)kamers liggen om het zwembad heen, waardoor het een gezellige plwk is. Iedere dag werd de villa schoongemaakt door heel vriendelijk personeel. Probleem met één van de airco's werd direct verholpen nadat we hier voor belden.

De roldeuren van de kamers werken heel stroef. Enigszins vieze rioleringsgeur kwam soms uit de badkamer(s).

Design of the villa Cleaning everyday

None of the doors lock, and are extremely hard to open. Very pretty villa but can tell that’s it’s quite rundown unfortunately

The outdoor area- pool and outdoor seating in particular was the star of the show- just divine!! Great location - quick Gojek down to the main strip The value for money on this property was particularly exceptional

The doors were hard to open and in my opinion the pillows were a little uncomfortable as super puffy.

"Love Villa Capela"

Loved our stay here at Villa Capela. Clean, quiet and private. Villa located end of long drive way. Close to many restaurants, cafes, walking distance to pepito supermarket. Daily house keeping and staff are very friendly and kind. Room size were good. Welcome drinks of cold coconuts was and fresh fruits were 👌 There is no rice field as shown in one of the photos as construction was happening next door No issues at all to be honest, loved our stay Thank you Villa Capela 🙏

Little bit of mould on the outside lounge furniture by pool but didnt bother us That we didnt stay long enough
