Neat, nice views, great beds.

Too many Stairs...not child friendly No keys on any doors, including the communal bathroom, extremly inconvenient. Bathroom leaked into bedroom cupboard, soiling all clothing. 3 bathrooms....soap only provided in 1. No extra toilet roll or soap over a 2 day stay. Place was dusty, needed a better clean. Description on advert inaccurate. The unit was not 500m from the beach, it was definately not positioned as described in the advert, misleading.

The facilities on the estate are perfect for a family holiday. The staff are so friendly and accommodating.

The unit that we stayed in was not the cleanest. No care was given to clean the unit before we arrived. Wasp nests and spider webs on the out side patio. The braai stand looked like it had never been cleaned.

Great estate with plenty activities and a nice pool. We enjoyed playing lawn bowls, mashie golf since we are beginner golfers, hired a golf cart to drive around the estate. Bikes were also available to hire. Most of the activities do not actually cost additionally although a sizeable refundable deposit for equipment is required

No water for 2.5 days and they have been experiencing water issues since December but we were not informed at all even though they were aware of this issue. When I raised the issue I received a generic copy paste response telling me to go fetch water manually from a pick up point and maybe water will be restored if we are lucky basically. The roof leaked in our unit in the lounge area. When we arrived to check in at 2pm the unit was still being cleaned and the cleaning staff said they hadn't even been told we were checking in.
