Please remove your shoes when indoors. Smoking tobacco or marijuana INSIDE is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a min. $250 fine and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Damages will be charged to the card provided at check-in Please lock all doors and windows when not at home. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly. Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $10 processing fee. Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee, min. of $50 Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty & excess cleaning or violation of pet rules is an extra $75 cleaning fee. Please respect check-in and checkout times. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. Lost, missing or otherwise unreturned key is subject to $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. -Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. For your protection and ours, all reservations require completion of our third-party verification process and the selection of either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
