My location was good. The view of the ocean was perfect. The staff was very good and kind.
Had trouble working the TVs but figuring out by the third day the staff came to help us. They were very helpful.

Everything! Location! The view. The people. The closeness of a grocery store for provisions. The room was phenomenal for our family.
The elevator situation sucks. Like really bad. 4 elevators for a giant resort isn’t enough and one of them broke down. There were times we waited for 20+ minutes for an elevator to come.
