THE FACLITIES AT THERESORT WERE EXCELLENT.

THE TOP DESTANATION STAFF THAT MADE CONTACT VIA CELL PHONE WERE EXTREMLY RUDE AND NOT OF ANY ASSISTANCE AT ALL. AS FOR THE SAN LA MEER STAFF , THERE WAS A SENIOR STAFF MEMBER THAT WAS THROWING HIS WEIGHT AROUND WHILST WE WERE CHECKING IN ,SO VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH OUR INTIAL START TO OUR VICATION.WILL MOST DEFINETLY INFORM OTHRS OF THIS HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH THE SAN LA MEER STAFF AND WITH GREAT REGREAT MANY OTHERS HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE.
