Family Home with Bunk Beds, Courtyard, TV & Beach

Location and comfortable beds.

Lack of a information booklet. Lack of kitchen equipment. No iron and the washing machine was broken. Blocked drains flooding yard. No loo paper on arrival and the house wasn't that clean. This property needs to be managed properly. Very disappointed.

La maison est agréable, grande et très bien placée. On se sent un peu comme chez soi. Proche du centre mais dans une rue à l'écart, le calme est appréciable. Nous avons apprécié le chauffage en ce début mai un peu frais. Les clés dans la "key safe" permettent d'arriver sans stress.

La cuisine manque un peu de matériel. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de saladier et je me suis demandé comment on peut cuisiner pour tout le monde quand la maison est pleine (il y a 7 couchages)

Highly recommend this place and we certainly hope to return. Inside , it’s beautifully decorated and so welcoming and comfortable. Outside, you’re in prime position to the gorgeous local town , a Sainsbury’s a street away and a very close to walk to the beach .

Just be aware for car parking , that some of the street is permit holders only; but we were lucky enough to find a regular white line car space on the street outside the house daily . I imagine that in the busy summer months, this may be harder , but the multi storey car park with Sainsbury’s is only one street away

This lovely family home was in a great location to explore Tenby and surrounding Pembrokeshire coast. It was a spacious property with plenty of space and would be perfect for a family get away. The living room and the dining room were spacious, as were the bedrooms. Check in was easy with the key in the lockbox right outside the front door. Parking was tricky as only one side of the short road is for visitors but we were able to park right across the house most days. If we couldn't, parking was available on other streets nearby and also at Sainsury's which was a short walk away.

We would've appreciated a few extra amenities in the kitchen to make it more useable. There were plenty of plates, bowls, cutlery and a few pots and pans to do some basic cooking. It was lacking in items such as tea towels, paper towels, aluminium foil, bin bags... Just a few things that would've made it easier to use the kitchen. It wasn't a big problem to purchase these at the local shop but most self-catered accommodation we had stayed in before would have at least these basics so we were a bit surprised. The TV didn't work while we stayed at the accommodation which was a shame as there were quite a few rainy and very windy days when we were visiting and it would've been lovely to chill in the house. The host was kind and generally responsive but the tv issue was left unresolved. I hope that he will look into before anyone else stays.

Great location, a few minutes walk to the Promenade and South Beach. Sainsbury's was just around the corner and it was a five minutes walk into town. Being out of season I was able to access free street parking outside the property, which was nice and quiet. In season you would need to use the multi story car park round the corner. The accommodation was simply and tastefully presented, I liked the wooden and Victorian tiled floors throughout, especially with the dog. A warm comfortable bed, good shower and good facilities in the kitchen, (I didn't try the oven but the hob was instant) A basket of blankets provided for the sofas.

Instructions for the microwave and recycling would have been helpful, also a supply of cloths and tea-towels for the washing up.

Excellent property and lovely location. Perfect communication.
