"Disappointment"

The communication of the rental agency (which is managing the property) is terrible. They sent the link to all the data and requirements to upload the documents only on the day of arrival (one hour before my flight), despite the fact that I was asking to provide all details in advance. The key collection was also unclear, the day before departure they asked to bring the keys to their office before 11am, however, nobody was at the office. The most disappointing point is that the apartment was not the same as showed in the pictures (the apartment was simpler and more economical). The rental agency is not responding and ignoring all the requests and questions.
