Location in pieno centro per godere dell’atmosfera della città vecchia che tenta, non senza fatica, di recuperare il tempo perso.

Non della struttura ma della città: la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio. Ma l’host ci ha aiutato anche in questo.

Appartement très agréable, propre et moderne. Communication très facile avec Alessia qui nous a donné toutes les infos utiles pour faciliter notre séjour. Seul petit bémol : la difficulté de se garer près du logement. Nous recommandons vivement !

"Probably the best place if you want to stay in L'Aquila – location, modern living + value for money"

This apartement was way beyond our expectations. It was newly renovated, very clean, with a perfect location close to the city square, restaurants, gelato cafés and grocery stores. The apartement had everythng we needed and more. Induction, air condition, wifi, kitchen wares and nice beds. The bathroom and shower was very fresh, clean and premium. We stayed here for three nights and will definitely stay here again if we will come back to L'Aquila. The contact person was also very nice and helpful. She gave us good recommendations about where to eat, what to see and even helped us to get contact with a local and thrustworthy taxi driver, which was really helpful and all in all added something extra to our stay. Thanks to her we got the possibility to experience the real and genuine Italy which made our trip truly memorable. The streets outside the apartement are also cosy, beautiful and pitoresque.

The weather was a little mild and rainy the first day, but the weather is not anything you can control.
