NLElke dag meer dan voldoende warm water voor de douche, mooi uitzicht vanaf het dak.
Het interieur is iets oudbollig en de bedden zouden wat zachter kunnen zijn. P.S.: geen mier gezien :)

Bruit / La litterie un peu courte pour nos 1.80 mètres et bruyant aussi / Aération donne l'impression d'avoir les fenêtres grandes ouvertes, il y a eu beaucoup de vent.

CAThe lovely views. Very quiet. Lovely solid furniture. Having laundry drier. Terrace to sit on. Lovely on sunny day. A garage to park car in. Owner had warmer, new blankets brought to us very quickly. Comfortable pillows. Lots of nice towels. Very clean. Cleaning equipment available for long stay. Close to 2 super Levada hikes which can be done in a loop. Walk from the house to the start points. Lovely area. Very narrow, winding roads to get anywhere in Madeira!
No TV! No news and unable to use our firestick to stream . Had to use our small devices. Mattress were very hard on the 2 double beds. Need replacement with pillow top mattresses and larger size sheets. House very cold as heatpump in the 1 bedroom does not warm livingroom, bathroom, second bedroom or kitchen. After the sun sets, room cools off very quickly in the winter months. A couple of portable heaters would make a big difference. Second bathroom is not near the 2 bedrooms. It is down steep stairs , enter in garage under house, small shower and toilet area off the garage. Not safe to use for guests at night and not convenient unless you arrive at street level! All food needs to be kept in fridge due to tiny ants. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless.
USThe location was great, both on the island as a whole and we really liked the town in the hills. The property itself was large and comfortable. Everything worked fine and the kitchen was quite nice, we got some use out of it. Several taverns and small grocery stores were a short walk away. The view was very nice. All in all, great, and we'll be happy to return on our next visit.
UAБудинок в гарному місці, але тільки якщо ви берете машину напрокат, пішки діставатися буде дуже складно по крутим дорогам. В середині все є для комфортного проживання. Дві спальні, вітальня , кухня, внизу гараж,якій закривається. Є трохи мурах, коли залишаєте їжу, тому все тримайте в холодильнику, навіть рис і макарони)). Хазяїн завжди на зв'язку і мило спілкується, допомагає. Якщо ви приїхали в прохолодну, дощову погоду в будинку трохи сиро, є один кондиціонер в одній спальні, тому спати в іншій спальні , якщо вас більше ніж 2 чоловіки, не зможете. Але ж ці види з холу вікна, вони найкращий телевізор на світі.
Дорога до будинку складна якщо ходити пішки, тому тільки на машині. Трохи волого і прохолодно в будинку, ми якраз потрапили на тиждень з дощами. Обігрівач є тільки в одній спальні. Є запах від меблів, до нього треба звикнути.
