Multiple pricacy intrusions on semi automated checkins with multiple.passport scans, faceprints and animal farm treatments. Really not felt welcome, neither respected. On top, appartment is tiny and lighting is intermittent.

I like the place because of the clean rooms, safety measures and the mountain view are all even better than in pictures. The rooms are soundproof from outside city noice. The room smelled good. I would strongly recommend someone who loves some quiet moments in the CBD and walking distance to central places. My time here was amazing no regret.

We made our own breakfast which was lovely

Outside the facility it was ki d of not safe. Lots of people idling around

I liked the vicinity of being in city centre and ooooh the view was so beautiful I liked the light that streamed in and that I slept with the door open and the mountain view

I didn't like that there was no parking and had to pay for parking My wifi didn't work and I had to use the other rooms wifi 😑 it was only sorted out the day before I left

Regular cleaning was not standard and on two separate occasions I had to reach out to the Reception and Reservations to schedule a room clean. On reaching out the first time, I was informed that they needed my permission to clean the room while I was not in the room (this is something that I could have been asked on the day I checked in as opposed to 8 days later). It felt like the organisation was trying to save costs by minimising cleaning. When the lady did clean, she did a great job! I wish that cleaning at least every 3 days was standard.
