Central Manchester-1BR Apartment Free Parking-Cinema Room

Amazing location, we booked to stay here for a gig at Victoria warehouse and it was literally straight across the road. The facilities were great, lovely coffee machine on the ground floor; secured access so the stay felt safe. Iron/ ironing board the lot. Host was amazing too, very quick at replying to any of my queries. It’s also fantastic transport wise, we got the tram into Manchester during the day and the Wharfside stop is about a minute away - wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again.

These aren’t negatives against the host whatsoever but are points of note. The parking at the premier inn/ travel lodge is only £8 a night for people staying at the hotel, we were charged £20 a day to park. The keys are also at a separate location to collect , so if you were travelling to the location via train/ tram/ etc, it’s a 15 minute walk to the shop to collect, thankfully we drove so it only took 3 minutes. But might be a negative if anyone booking has mobility issues and is travelling via public transport.

Very rude host and key collection is a nightmare. You’d have to drive for 20 minutes to somewhere else to collect keys and then there’s a 500 word instruction on how to get access to the apartment. The parking is also limited and you may end up paying which is not what they advertised. I travel a lot and never had this experience.

Modern, clean and good air quality. Really nice building with amazing transport links close by. Really enjoyed the stay.

The owner was incredibly helpful. Beautiful apartment in a good location.
