Couches were not comfortable. The roads had a lot of potholes

I didn't like having to message the property to come out the first night to fix fireplaces that would not work.Also,the property was nothing like the pictures as far as outside,the hot tub leaked also and would not heat up. The TVs were hard to figure out. I've stayed in several cabins in the area,this wasn't my fav.
USUSThe cabin was a nice place, and, in the back, it had privacy but not the front. The rooms were nice, and the hot tub was nice. It had a great kitchen and enjoyed grilling there. They had firewood already there and a special package that provided smore for you.
We were only there for one night and had done all of our stuff we wanted that day and came to check into the cabin so I can jump in the hot tub and relax while my husband grills. We walked in and went straight to the back to turn on the hot tub so I can get in. The hot tub looked disgusting and was extremely dirty. We walked in the house and realized that the place had not been cleaned. There was food on the cabinets and the beds were dirty with hair and stains on the sheets. The bathroom was dirty, and I was extremely irritated. I reached out to the management company, and they advised they will pay for my dinner that night. I advised I had just purchased my dinner and sent the receipt. They stated it was too much and would cover only $75. I had to leave the cabin and figure out what to go do with other 2 children that were exhausted and ready to just relax. In the end they sent a crew to clean the house, and the people actually stayed right next door. The let us stay a couple hours later the next day past check out and I didn't not even get a discount, and they sent the $75 back for our dinner a week later. I have stayed at over 10-12 cabins every year and never had this happen to us and not try and at least offer a free stay or half off the night.
USVery spacious and very beautiful cabin. It has everything we needed to make our stay perfect.
The road is a dirt road and a little rough drive. There were a lot of insects( mosquitoes, and spiders) I wasn’t able to get the TV to work but was able to use Netflix to work.
