A cozinha tem todas as facilidades para preparar as refeições necessárias, e o quarto está dentro do razoável para uma estadia uma curta. Encontra se perto do metro que vai direto para o centro, o que permite ir e vir sem problemas.

Havia obras na parte de fora do prédio pelo que foi impossível abrir a janela do quarto, limitando o arejamento do quarto assim como da cozinha e wc. Apesar de ter sido avisado que o prédio estava em obras não estava discriminada esta limitação. Além disso a casa de banho é mesmo muito pequena, podendo ser limitativo para algumas pessoas. A água quanto inicialmente não funcionava, contudo foram impecáveis na resposta em vir arranjar as torneiras estragadas, tendo limmitdo apenas o primeiro dia da nossa chegada.

La ubicación, el dpto bastante completo, y la buena predisposición de sus dueños para solucionar todo. Agregaría la sabana de arriba, pero esto es común en todos los dptos, no es agradable si te tenes que tapar cubrirte con el cubrecama que toco otro, pero bueno parece que ahora es asi. No nos gusta.

Que justo cuando fuimos estaba en obra el edificio

Excellent apartment in a perfect location, right next to the metro station and very convenient for exploring Bilbao. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and practical, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was very kind and responded very quickly to all messages, which made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

At the moment, the building façade is under renovation, but this is clearly a temporary situation and did not significantly affect my stay.

The only truth about this apartment was that the subway station is a block from the apartment and it really is just 2 stops to the Old Town.

The bathroom is tiny. The shower is so small that you can barely turn around and there was no way to regulate the water temperature. It was either lukewarm or boiling hot. There is no water pressure. You have to flush the toilet 3 or 4 times every time that you use it. The faucets are old, wiggle and corroded. They had left a lot of broken things instead of taking them out of the apartment (broken picture frames, vacuum, toaster). The wires are hanging in the air. The entire building was covered in scaffolding because they were renovating the exterior. We were told that the construction would be finished before our arrival. It wasn’t. We stayed for five weeks with the windows sealed off, dust and dirt and noise from the construction. The host, Sergio, ask us why we didn’t leave, if we weren’t comfortable. We reserved two months ahead. Try finding another place during Semana Santa holiday season in Bilbao. It was a rip off and the owner gave us absolutely no information about the completion of the construction. He also doesn’t leave instructions about anything, like how and where to throw out the trash, how the TV works, where the basic amenities are, basic information for tourists like recommendations of bars or restaurants, where the bus stop or subway station is. The place is bare basic with no attention to details, wobbly faucets, electrical wires hanging in the air, holes in the walls, dirty walls with mildew, cracked and broken tiles, uncomfortable bed and couch with tears in the fabric, electrical plugs hanging off the walls, etc. He charges similar prices to high end apartments in Bilbao but the place is a dive. We stayed at cheaper places later on during our trip that were quality accommodations. This place is a scam and a ripoff.

Although the apartment is not in the city center, it is very close to the metro station. There are a few shops very close by.
