Spacious Magia Condo Steps to the beach & 5th Ave

El espacio muy amplio, se sintió estar en casa, la cercanía y coneccion con la playa, 5ta avenida y muy cerca de los parques de excaret

Departamento tal cual en las fotos, con todo lo necesario para la estadía Buena comunicación con el propietario, buena ubicación , a pasos de la quinta avenida, la playa y a unos 10 o 16 min del parque fundadores. El condominio es limpio, seguro y la gente que trabaja ahí es muy amable. El departamento tiene suficientes toallas para un grupo de 5 o 6 personas, tanto para utilizar en la piscina, playa y en el mismo departamento.

A tener en cuenta que el departamento cuenta con dos baños, uno en cada habitación pero lamentablemente los baños no cuentan con puertas. Esto puede ser un poco incómodo por olores o falta de privacidad para los que se quedan en la habitación. Por otra lado, de todos los días de nuestra estadía un solo día llovió demasiado y ese día el agua se pasó a la habitación dejando una poda de agua por la orilla del ventanal. También mencionar que la salida al balcón se complica un poco ya que la puerta es muy pesada, incluso para un adulto

The codo itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. Location was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Best of all, the support of the hosts was amazing. For a few issues we had, we got prompt and detailed help. We were very impressed with the quality of support. The building was very peaceful and quiet. Wifi was great. Overall other than a few issues, we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The instructions to get in need revising. We entered the building using the gate code as instructed, lugged our suitcases 10 steps up, only to be told by the guard to take our stuff back out and come via a separate entrance and get the wrist band (none of this was in instructions). We lugged our suitcases back down and there is absolutely no sign to that separate entrance (guard didn't come out to help direct us and spoke very little English). Luckily some random person on the street helped us out by banging on a few doors to find the right one to get in. We had leakage from AC dripping close to the electric sockets. I could tell by the stains on the wall that this leakage happened before as well but didn't get completely fixed. Also, the windows in the bedroom leaked in the rain and would cause water to pile up next to the bed.
