Good Vibes Loft - DT CLE Walk To All The Stadiums

The place was neat and clean. Very well located close to every event, convention center around the corner. Parking next to it.

The apartment was gorgeous. It was very bright and super clean. I liked the little touches like coffee and board games. Over all it was very comfortable.

The listing said there was a futon in the living room which there was not. It was a regular couch so my son was a little cramped sleeping.

Location was fine. Inside loft was nice with some issues.

At best- misleading description of facilities. Deceptive at worse. Laundry requires a $20 card. Insert money and card doesn’t work! The ability to do laundry was a big reason for choosing this place in the middle of our 2 week trip. Parking also was not as described. It’s only free if u find street parking -after 6p and before 7am so overnight only if you find a spot. Also didn’t get notified until day before check in that to get to 3rd floor apartment would mean carrying your luggage 2 flights of stairs. “It’s an old building” they say in the message AFTER it was too late to cancel. And yes it’s an old building very poorly kept up. Elevator was grimy with electrical wires exposed. Apartment was nice although very lived in feeling. Black, poorly lit stairs outside of bathroom/bedroom was a fall hazard. The best lighting in the place was a corner closet in the bedroom. It was too far from the stairs to help but did add some illumination to bedroom area. Most Definitely not recommend this place.

Location and cleanliness. We liked the kitchen as well but did not use it.

Poor lighting in the Great Room and Bedroom. The host needs to add lighting by the 2 chairs in the Great Room to allow for night reading in these chairs. The lighting in the bedroom was also deficient with 2 small lamps on the nightstands, one of which did not have a lightbulb. Also need to add a hook on the wall or the back of the bathroom door to hang a bath towel as there is only one towel rack.

The hosts provided clear and easy instructions to access the unit . They also provided all that was necessary with some extra bonuses thrown in.

Although the hosts can not control it, the parking behind the building is not necessairily the best option

Spacious and nicely furnished

Unable to contact the hosts or booking.com. When I did email them they contacted our friends who were preparing for the their wedding day. Totally unacceptable. Issues over the parking, washing machine and the hosts kept blaming Booking.com for all our problems.

Amazing cozy apartment with all the amenities! The location was perfect with couple of restaurants nearby and a salon.

Nothing but communication with the host could be improved.
