Charming Bungalow - Private Terrace, AirCon & Pool

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely, comfortable, clean, and a very pleasant place to spend time in. Check-in was easy enough, and overall it was a great base for our trip.

The only downsides were that the pool looked like it needed a clean, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it, and there was some confusion around a late check-in charge. We had asked about a later check-in well in advance, while we were still within the free cancellation period, but the charge was only mentioned shortly before arrival

The location is good. There is a parking space close to the entrance.

It was a disaster. I would not recommend it to anyone due to the hosts. 1. The house was not ready when we arrived. We got in 5 hours later. And even then we had to ask neighbours to let us because they gave us the wrong keys. The front doors did not work, therefore we had to use the terrace to enter. During the 10-night stay, they did not fulfil the promise to fix the doors. 2. We found several cockroaches. Dead and alive. Nobody moved even a finger. All the time they promised to do something tomorrow. Did nothing 3. In general, the place is not for families. A lot of stairs and narrow passages. 4. After plenty of complaints they promised to refund 100eur, which is less than 10% of what we paid. They refunded 91eur. And even then they made a complaint about us to charge 140eur. Most pathetic is that the claim was about the spare door keys that they even did not give us. 5. All the communication went through 4 different WhatsApp numbers. All the time sending to another colleague for the particular issue. 6. It was impossible to shower due to the constant change of hot water flow. A few seconds cold, a few seconds hot. 7. Beds were uncomfortable, but it was good to be awake at night to look out for the cockroaches.
