1. The flat has a very bad cockroach infestation. They come every night. Despite raising this with the owner early on in the stay, nothing was done until the second week (when I had been woken by a large cockroach crawling on my head - see picture). Even after pest control, the cockroaches continued to come at night. This makes it very uncomfortable. 2. Air conditioning did not work and took the owner 9 days to resolve. Initially ignored and difficult to get information from owner. Lots of excuses but no resolutions. 3. This is a studio apartment not a one-bedroom, the other mattress is on the floor. Closer to the cockroaches. 4. Most of the flats on the 35th floor are unoccupied. The hygiene of the environment consequently is low. Avoid this place and the owner at all costs. Owner tried to cancel the booking on last day of the stay to prevent me from leaving this honest review.
