Luxurious Apartment Charlton Mews - 2 Bed - Tenby

Lovely apartment with everything that we needed!

Entrance to the apartment needs some work and isn't appealing. Cleaning left bags at the bottom of the stairs (outside) which was a trip hazard, and unsightly after the black bag had been attacked by the numerous pigeons. Bedroom bin had also not been emptied. Outside space had no cushions for the seating and due to the surroundings didn't really want to sit outside

The location was great, very central to all amenities.

What wasn't great was the noise levels. The emptying of the glass recycling at 6am on a Monday morning is far from ideal. Whilst the property was nice, it was not what I would consider luxurious. Tarnished door handles, very small towels were just some of the minor but important details. Outside seating area was grubby and without cushions.

The hot water wasn’t working but we got it going. There was only 1/2 a lavatory roll

Compact and modern; location was lovely.

If I’m being picky, there was a lot of noise from the restaurants opposite but in the grand scheme of things a small niggle.

It was local to everything and the actual apartment was beautiful beds were heaven to sleep in

I liked the location the facilities and decor but some items were in disrepair. It was beautifully decorated. Loved the out of hours assistance they were friendly and helpful and accommodating. The welcome book 📖 brilliant 🤩

Bath mat and hand towel in bathroom would’ve been useful and perhaps some hooks for coats at front door.
