Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee. - Strictly no stag or hen parties. - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (Full deposit will be forfeited and additional fee will be incurred if signs of smoking have caused damage). - A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged. - Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. - If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. -Guests are prohibited from using the fire door as an exit point in non-emergency situations. Unauthorized opening, leading to the activation of the alarm and disturbance within the building, may result in a penalty fee. A deposit may be required at the property.
