"They lying to you"

The main point is that you are being deceived. This is not a house meant only for you — it is just part of a house. In the other part lives a noisy neighbor who is constantly doing renovations and will even call a tow truck if your car is parked slightly outside your spot, even though all the parking spaces and the whole house are supposed to belong to you. But that is not the case. Do not rent this place, because the landlord is lying to you. We will take this matter to the Orange County court and seek compensation.
