"Your customer service needs a lot of work."

Location

The procedures and customer service. Our room was never cleaned properly before we arrived. We had 3 people and our towels were never changed. Our bathroom drain was clogged and it took them two days to come and fix it. On the day of our check out , we were unable to access the room from 7 am when checkout is 12. Just a bad experience.

"Is well located , it’s ok for few days but not for more than 4 days"

The location is great

We stay 8 nights. We had to ask for change of towels. There was no cleaning planned so I needed to ask twice for them to clean just the floor, no bedding changed. We had to ask for toilet paper many time. Toiletry provided once. Nowadays people don’t travel with toiletries. The swimming pool was dirty.

"The stay was great. The security system in place is good, however it needs to be sorted out, when it randomly checks you"

Location Very clean,

Check in system allows you to access the building with face recognition and a code (keyless) system to enter the room. It would randomly kick you out of the system. That was so inconvenient. For the second time it happened early hours of the morning, now you have to go around looking for the security to open the lift for you and somehow get into your room.
