"Underwhelming and hard work"

Beautifully decorated, great kitchen and balcony

3 flights of stairs up ( horrible with suitcases) No lift. and and a exterior door that was very difficult to open. Sofa bed was not made up. Not enough pillows and the wifi didn’t work. We were expected to be the cleaners as well. Emptying rubbish and stripping beds.
