Great location and a very nice and cozy feeling!

The location was perfect, and my kids loved the game room.

The cleanliness was so-so. There was a lot of dust on the air return and the top of the refrigerator, but nothing worth really complaining about. There were a LOT of lady bugs throughout the house. I don't know how they were getting in, but they were all over. They didn't bother any of us, but it might be a problem for some.

The house is very nice. Everything was clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location was convenient especially to Dollywood. The game room was fun. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loves the location, the layout of the home, and all it had to offer. Perfect for children of all ages. Dawn was so responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We want to make this an annual trip and stay here again!!!

Very minimal things. The cleaning people left stale potato chips as a welcome gift, they had expired almost 2 months ago. We couldn’t get the hunting game to work, and the darts for the board were dull so they would not penetrate. There were so many other things for us to do, it didn’t deter from our stay, we just want the owners to be aware.

I loved the house it was my 2nd stay Hatfield n McCoys was great and the island is a must go

I loved everything

We were welcomed by the host upon arrival who also checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The house is just as pictured, exceptionally clean and very spacious. The game room was an amazing bonus for our family time, as was the hot tub. This house is convenient to everything without the hassle of the busy parkway. It’s quiet and there is little traffic.

The pool table has a loose sidewall that causes our ball to lose momentum. The bunk beds are short making it hard for an adult to use. Living room TV remotes need new batteries. We used the bedroom remotes to get by.
