Terzo letto che è un divano-letto dove un adulto letteralmente non c'entra. L'assistenza su wathsapp non buona, risponde 3\4 ore dopo. No bueno

Unfortunately the code for the exterior door only worked once and then did not work for the duration of our three night stay. I messaged the owner through the app, used WhatsApp and regular phone to call to find any kind of solution and was provided with the same electronic key that also did not work. The only time we were able to get into the apartment was by waiting for other people to enter or leave. We ended up using another units code. But on the last night , two guest had to leave early to catch a flight and the code box for the outside door was turned off. So I had to sit in the door stop from 4:30 am in the morning until nearly 6:30am for two hours in the rain. There was not a response from the owner of the unit, I eventually gained access by pressing all the buttons for other apartments until someone buzzed us in. Also another couple showed up around 5:30 am and they had the exact same code as me for the front door and they said they were on a two night stay and had to wait for people to let them in. The third bed which was advertised as a pullout was a small sofa chair that had two misshapen pillows. And when we try to pull it out to make the bed the third guest who is only 5 feet tall was too large for the sofa bed and there was a significant difference in height of the cushions. So they felt easier to sleep on the floor with an inflatable mattress. Will be looking for a refund .
