Stylish 3BR Home & Hottub Near Beaches & Downtown

Older home a short drive from the West Palm Beach airport and beaches. The host, Michael, was responsive and ensured we had what we needed to be comfortable. Good spot for a larger group (we had six adults).

There is a huge list... When we first arrived we saw a roach within minutes of check in , the the next day the mice ate all the bread and left droppings everywhere. The weather was very cold in the 40s for 5 days and had no heat . He finally sent 2 portable heaters after demanding it . The next day water started pouring out of bathroom sink (he got it fixed and guy showed up exactly when we asked not to) said that was the ONLY time he could come . The home is gross and filthy, Cracked tile ,crumbs, old grout chipped everywhere, moisture damage up and down the walls, old tv screen in LR still up with not even being used. The furniture is old smelly and uncomfortable . The whole house smells like old mildew. windows don't open . Blinds are broken , WIFI went off 2x had to have people come in for that . This home ,old old old houses around it are boarded up . The driveway can't be used as its to thin and the fence is half falling down.my son took his rear mirror off trying to back in .The landscaping is like a jungle. The hot tub which didn't heat had a camera pointing right at it CREEEPY!!! !!There were tons of other items but to top it off the last few night had bites all over me and it turns out it was BED BUGS !!!! Could not have been worse the whole time we had one thing after the other . I can post pictures if needed . I asked for some type of compensation and booking.com said no and the host was like oh sorry.....not sure why this terrible stay would not qualify for a refund not sure it could have been ANY WORSE .We spent 17 days of this and spent 2400.00 also I feel like we deserve all of the money we spent returned and this property should be torn down like most of the other neighboring homes are . DONT STAY HERE !!!!!!
