Check in was not working, we were kept waiting for 5 hours with growing delay. We announced our check in according the timelines in the Apartment policy upfront. And we were asked to check out earlier than given timelines already at the check in day Not at the beach and no private beach. Some minutes walk away, passing publicly areas like streets shops and a garbage dumping point, before you get to the beaches. The water in the shower was heavily leaking with a permanent disturbing noise and tons of water wasted. There was somebody to repair but did not do it. The bathroom door and bedroom door have replaced with not fitting/closing sliding doors: noise and mosquitos! Porch has been removed and integrated in the room with no window or door only with a shutter to close. You stay in the dark or have Insekts and birds inside. Only French spoken, English communication only when we were asked to wait for the cleaner. And we were hassled when we had to leaf earlier. No recommendation. The area would be nice, just book another accommodation.
