That I was told to do bed but I refused since I saw that there is room service but my place was cleaned and the bedding was also changed…

The location of the place was fine

The bedding had stains on them, not enough towels, the walls had a whole lot of water stains that looked really bad. The couches looked old and warn out and had tears on the arm rest, the kitchen appliances all looked old and stained. Really a bad place to be charging so much.

Everything we needed was available, even the surroundings are just a walking distance, and especially on saving petrol. I would like to boock next time when am at Belabela.

The cold water at the swimming pool and there are no near by restrooms at the pool. If you need to use toilet you have to go back to your unit and it's a distance. But other than that every thing was perfect.

The location is great, it was close to shops and other amenities around the area and the place had activities for our kids.

When we first called the staff no telephonic etiquette, staff also had poor communication skills answering with words such as, what,ha huh ,very unprofessional. Upon check out day, we were asked to leave before check out time, staff used our toilet without our permission and while we were getting dressed. Around 9:30m we were asked to leave by 10am as the room had other clients coming, I then mentioned but check out is at 11am We planned to have breakfast before checking out, we were asked to check out earlier anyway. We then cancelled our plans to have breakfast because we were rushed to leave earlier. Furthermore the laundry services are putrid, the previous day I asked for a shopping bag of laundry to be done and was charged R100, however I was told it would be ready at 8am the next morning, I received it 9h30am the next day and it was still damp. When I asked why it's not dry , I was told the tumble dryer doesn't work well. I would have liked to be informed prior about the the poor conditions of the laundry equipment. Just goes to show people and businesses are not doing things for passion it's only for money. No wonder things are falling apart. So sad. This place needs a lot of work but has a lot of potential. I trust they will grow and do better in the future.
