"Lovely little weekend escape from the city"

Stunning countryside drive on the way up to & leaving the property. Great communication from the hosts and easy to access lock box. Property was clean & tidy & had everything we needed with a secure garden for the dog too. I imagine that sitting in the garden on a warm day with those views would be amazing!

Not a problem for us but a heads up that the garden is very steep for anyone who struggles with mobility.

"Great comfy cottage with modern fittings near lovely countryside"

This little house is very comfortable and superbly equipped including nice furnishings, large TV including Netfix, WiFi, washing machine including detergents, well equipped kitchen including cooking essentials, and bathroom gels (soap, shampoo, conditioner). So guests do not need bring anything.

"Highly overpriced"

Nothing! Apart from the fact that the bedlinen & towels were clean, the property was adequate at best.

Unclean. Parking & property itself were on a main thoroughfare. Village was unpleasant. Lack of outside bins in which to deposit rubbish / recycling. Blinds in bedrooms inadequate. Mouldy shower curtain. Radiator adjustor in bunk room broken & we were unable to adjust the temperature (it was on full heat). Radiator in living room malfunctions. At £600 for 4 nights this property was highly overpriced & was not value for money.

The house was cute and cosy and very clean and comfortable. The beds were a dream and the pillows so soft. We all had a brilliant night's sleep. Everything you needed was provided and the owner gave very clear instructions on how to check in and check out.

If you are slightly infirm or find stairs difficult then the house is on a very steep incline with steep steps. Just be aware that this really is on the side of a mountain!
