The property was exactly as it is on the pictures, very clean, we had everything we needed for self catering, it felt like home…the staff at the reception, and securities were very welcoming and friendly… we had an amazing experience

No house cleaning done.

The facilities at the estate are good and staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful

The unit stinks. Even outside!!! It's dirty Dirty towels. Bathroom stinks and wasn't cleaned properly. Dirty cleaning equipment kept out on the deck. Rather book another unit in the in another lot but not lot 25

Nothing wrong with the property but something needs to be done with checking in system is slow and problematic it was very annoying to be at reception for so long

The location and the estate facilities san lameer is always great. The unit has a morden feel to it.

The flat is managed by top destinations who were not helpful with requests or problems encountered Check in was not easy they had the reservation on a different name and when top destination was called no one seemed to answer we had to wait for this to be dealt with before we could check in We requested an early checknin which was denied for purposes of having the unit cleaned but when we went in it seemed dusty and the bed sheets were also dusty
