Location and space.

When I arrived, trash was at the front door. Raccoon had been in it; therefore, entrance wasn't clean. Bottom of trash bin was full of loose trash and during my stay it was never addressed to empty. I did notify the orlando resort mgmt about this. I had to wash off front doorstep with bleach. Also, cleaning crew can do a better job on vacuuming the carpet. Water bottle under sofa and master bedroom trash behind dresser. Cleanliness was the biggest issue with stay.

The size and interior decor/design

We had a raccoon every night eating the garbage & the gate to enter and exit was always a headache to get in and out as the parking pass doesn’t scan and the 24 hour security wasn’t 24 hours as they rarely answered when needed to enter majority of the time during the evening
