1920s Bungalow with King bed WIFI Fenced backyard

The home was clean upon arrival.

I didn’t like the fact that two hours after my check in time some random man showed up and called himself maintenance . When I told him I hadn’t called for maintenance he said he was summoned by the owner but could not tell me the name of the owner. Only then did this property company reach out to me to tell me he was there to change the batteries in the front door lock and the ring camera. The man changed the batteries in the front door but not the ring camera. Later that night someone tried to enter the property as I was staying there. I called the authorities and the host. I chose to leave the property for fear of my safety. I contacted them multiple times to retrieve footage from the ring doorbell and was ultimately told that they could not access it at all. Which means the ring camera was truly never functioning during my stay. I was denied a refund. I Will not be booking with this team again.
