5 mins to Fort Jackson - The Wooded Hilltop Ranch

We truly liked how close it was to Fort Jackson.

When we walked in the house, they had at least 8 plug in fragrances going. (Too strong) As we got back from eating I was walking through the dining room and something stabbed me in the foot. It was a dried lomein noodle, not only were they in the floor my mother in law found some dried on the pillows on the sofa. The last morning of our stay, me and my daughter showered , when the others were going to we noticed that the sewage was backing up into the tub and shower . Now this is at 7 am, 4 other adults wasn't able to shower and get ready for graduation. When we walked out side the storms from the night before had knocked down a neighbors tree onto my truck.

The location was great and the air conditioner worked great

No complaints other than the bed frames were very squeaky

We were very close to fort Jackson. Traveling with older family it was very convenient to be able to navigate family and graduation day with ease.

They changed the code without telling us and the door lock often didn’t work.

Air conditioning was very cold. Rooms were very spacious. The facility was very big. Seating area had many chairs and sofas for relaxing and watching television. Kitchen had many essentials: coffee maker, microwave oven, cooking supplies. plates, cups, etc. Carport and driveway were very convenient. Very much closet space. The yard was very spacious and provided a covered patio area for sitting or grilling. Washer/dryer was located in a secure storage room inside the carport. The facility was very close to many stores and restaurants. Fort Jackson was about 7 minutes away. The facility was in a quiet neighborhood with very minimal traffic.

Communication was good, they sent all codes and everything needed.

I can not rate this house bc this is not the home we stayed in, this home had pest problems so we had to go to another home that was further away. Im not sure of the name of the home we stayed in. The home we stayed in the sheets in the master bedroom had hairs all in the bed so we had to strip sheets and wash them. The bushes in the front yard next to the side walk need to be cut back bc they are way over grown, its like walked thru a jungle.

Was not clean when we arrived. Floors unswept, counter tops were sticky, trash was overflowing in the outside bins bugs in the kitchen.
