"Felt like home"

Really well equipped three bedroom house, spotlessly clean with outside space and a hot tub we didn't get round to using. Supermarkets nearby but couldn't find the wine in Walmart, told you have to go to a State Liquor Store for that. One only a couple of miles away. Easy drive into central SLC. SLC has grown a lot in the 30 years since I was last here.

At first it felt slightly strange have 2/3 of the house with the owners living in the self-contained basement flat. However other than hearing their TV a couple of times we wouldn't have know they were there. Hopefully we were equally quiet for them.

Very well equipped nice house. Convinient stay for big families.

There was a tenant(?) in the basement which was a bit surprise for us but it wasn’t problem at all.

This is one of the best homes we have booked on Booking.com. It has all the amenities you need and more than you expect. From keyless entry to minimal checkout expectations. We will definitely book again.

This did not affect us at all but just an FYI, it is the whole upper level of the home as there is also a living space in the basement and it is located on a busy street.

Everything was tip-top! Very clean, comfortable, hospitable, with subtle and enjoyable add-ins to boot. Tons of creature comforts with exceptional amenities.

I grew up on a busy road so I technically do not have any complaints, but if I had to put anything I would say main road slightly noisy. You can’t really hear it from inside the home though.
