Well presented, spotless, comfy summerhouse with easy, private access. Good, clean facilities. Local shop, pub and takeaway close by, ideal base for our walking trip to PuzzleWood.

A Simple check in with clear instructions. The summerhouse was clean and tidy and in great order, a great night sleep in a quiet location and within mere miles from some amazing walks and hikes in the wye valley. Plenty of amenities and the stack of biscuits were appreciated 😀

Not so much the property, but if you’re eating out probably best to get a reservation in place to avoid disappointment on a weekend stay.

It is a beautiful quaint little property with everything you need inside it is possibly the cleanest place I have ever stayed to be honest. Me and my partner really enjoyed it and the host was very helpful.

Nothing I didn’t like.

The location was good. The shower and bathroom were updated. There was ample toiletries in the bathroom. The shower was nice and updated. The owner provided a partial refund for one evening.

The bed was exceedingly uncomfortable and we could feel every spring. We had to leave after one night as it was too painful. The privacy from the room is lacking as neighbours have a clear view from their home into the summer house. A privacy screen would fix this. The parking was up in the air, as in if the owner wasn’t there, we would have to park on the street. It showed the owner made an attempt to appease clients, but improvements need to be made. The granola was stale and inedible. The television was too high up and we couldn’t view it. The bedframe was custom made and not nice to climb over. The mattress was poor quality. The floor was not clean, and the layout was a bit disjointed. A water squidgy for the shower would be helpful as I imagine it will collect water and get mouldy over time. A couple of tweaks could make this Air B&B quite lovely, and possibly profitable.

Location was amazing for lots of local walks and restaurants / pubs. (All within 10 mins drive) the summerhouse is very cosy, clean and well equipped.

Had two heaters but was quite cold in the winter!

Very comfy bed and nicely decorated summer house. The host had left us with all the supplies we need and a few extras.
