An excellent apartment in a super location

A compact but easy to manage flat, ideal for two. Very clean and well equipped with everything you would need and more! Jane includes lots of things that you would not normally find.

self catering location was as expected we were very pleased with every thing.

I don,t think you can get better on the island.

The property was extremely clean and welcoming on arrival. The kitchen was really well stocked with cooking equipment and a fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Excellent location for easy reach of the towns main facilities and just a stones throw from the sea front.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Perfect location very handy for everything. Property had everything you needed for a stay in Rothesay plus the free parking close by was a bonus

Only gripe if I was to be picky was the noise of the toilet cistern which I guess isn't down to you

It's located close to the town centre (and the Co-op) but is very quiet and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable self catering stay. Jane is an excellent host who was very responsive to any messages that we sent. We'll be back!

Having to leave to come home!

Excellent wifi, good location 200m from the port and near a large Coop. Quiet. This is a spotlessly clean and well equipped flat that has been recently modernised. A great base for wonderful walks and easy access to bars, restaurants and buses. Bute itself is a gem. We used the local buses to reach the start of walks and the well-marked paths are good - quite easy walking generally. Loved the community run Anchor pub at Port Bannatyne (Thursday night open mike), The Black Bull Inn for dinner in Rothesay (hidden but good food and beers) and the Ettrick Bay tearooms after a long walk.
