Heating was working fine, kitchen has many appliances to prepare our breakfast, big fridge, WiFi was working fine and fast, nice park with lakes, we had a nice meal on the restaurant on site. Fair price for what we got.

The moment we enter was a funny smell, then sitting on the corner sofa it came a urine smell. Our clothes had pet hair from the sofa, there was a lot of dust around the TV, in front of where our little boy was playing with his toys. Dust in the radiators, we turn the heating on was low temperature when we visited you could smell the dust on the air. It would be handy to have hangers somewhere like in the bathroom for the towels or behind doors for coats etc. The mattress on the big bed wasn't comfortable and there was a stain on the bedding. Stain as well in one of the single duvets. We wouldn't visit again.

Plenty of space for the 5 of us, great being surrounded by the beautiful fishing lakes, great location and not far from the entertainment/restaurant etc.

The decking area felt a little bit wobbly where the table & chairs are and we would of liked a small hoover that we could just wizz around a couple of times during our stay to keep it clean but that’s it.

Was a pleasant caravan, we arrived and it was clean enough. For what we got it is a very good price. Despite the few negatives the site was lovely, looked especially idyllic on sunny days. The caravan absolutely meets its price point. I would stay again, would just hope there to be a vacuum and mop next time.

We ran out of gas on the second or third day and it then took over 15 hours to be resupplied with gas which was very frustrating as it ruined an entire day. I wish we had more bin bags and a separate bin for recycling. Some of the bed sheets felt scratchy and uncomfortable and the caravan had a slightly underlying bad smell to it although not too noticeable. Also I really feel it would have been much better if we had a hoover and a mop, I imagine this would normally be fine without for shorter stays but as we were there for 7 days eventually the caravan just felt grubby and there was nothing we could do about that. It also could have been better equipped for cooking.

The caravan was immaculate and the hosts were accommodating when we had any questions. Great facilities and lots of room, all for an extremely reasonable price. On a very nice site with a bar and shop so you can get everything you need. Lovely staff around the site too.

The location was a little bit out of the way, which wouldn't have been too much of an issue if it hadn't been for the lack of taxi availability. Make sure to prebook taxis if needed and there is a bus to the town centre but it only comes every two hours.
