3 room apartment, terrace, new building, Old city

Location of property was perfect , Nivy main BUS station was just on walkable distance. Middle of the 2 Malls just on walkable distance can spend time .

new flat in a premier location, loads of retail around and easy walk into town and well connected with public transport, new flat with modern mod cons, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and a lot of what I imagine are leftover spices/cooking condiments. Comfortable and with included reserved parking it was a real treat.

the request to pay tax was made towards end of stay, and into a local account, this should really just be taken out during the reservation to no inconvenience guests with this. It is non sensical to ask for card when leaving car park, makes it hard when in the end leaving with car. Also as we were 5 individuals, and only one key , that made it a bit tricky. The furniture is all quite blatantly IKEA - beds are a bit too low for comfort

1.The apartment was very clean and neat. 2. It has a free parking space. 3. It's close to a shopping mall. 4. There is a bus stop in front of the building. 5. New and modern building

1. Checking time 3pm is far too late/ check out time 10am is too early. 2. We couldn't sleep at night with the window open, because of the noises from cars outside.

Perfect location, very comfortable furniture and abundance of supplies. The host is very generous in providing everything that is needed for stay and more!!

The shower was not exactly very convenient to use, since it is only has handheld option. The water was not hot enough for us.

Great stay! Nice apartment, well equiped, has everything you need. good location, close to river, big shopping mall and caffes avenue, city center is close ypu can reach by foot. has a free parking spot. 10/10
