There is no breakfast.

The bed in a small room has broken wheels which makes it very noisy when you sleep. The shower door is noisy when trying to close and is hard to close. The toilet cabinet is unable to close.

The room was very clean. The owner of the room was very kind.

It was very disappointing that the shower was only cold water, and all the water pressure was weak. This is so important to me that all the negative points are about this.

Convenient location.15 mins drive away from NAIA Terminal 1. Chowking is within walking distance. SM BF Paranaque 5 mins drive away. The guests can access the pools for a fee ( 200 pesos for the whole day ). It was nice to have a pool that you can use specially if it gets a bit hot. It was our first time to rent condo, and we loved it. The communication with the unit owner was great as every queries have been answered swiftly.

The outdoor playground is too small for a condominium with lots of buildings.
